Annotatsiya

In this article, the black mulberry (morus nigra) is distinguished by its beneficial chemical composition. The study examined the importance of blackberry as a source of vitamin B and its importance for the human body. This study also determined the amount of vitamins B1, B2, B3, B9, PP and B12 in blackberry and their daily requirements. This is highly beneficial for human health and widely used in folk medicine. The most vitamin in blackberry fruit is vitamin B9, which is 64.753 mg/100 g. The least vitamin is B2, which is 0.725 mg/100 g, but this amount is also sufficient for the body.

Ushbu maqolada shohtut (morus nigra) o’zining foydali kimyoviy tarkibi bilan ajralib turadi. Tadqiqotda shohtutning vitamin B manbai sifatidagi ahamiyati va ular inson organizmi uchun muhimdir. Ushbu tadqiqotda shuningdek, shohtutning B1, B2, B3, B9, PP va B12 vitaminlari miqdori aniqlangan va ularni kunlik extiyojlari aniqlandi. Bu insonning sog’liq uchun foydaliligi yuqori bo’lib, xalq tabobatida ham keng qo’llaniladi. Shohtut mevasida eng ko’p vitamin vitamin B64,753 mg/100 gr ga teng. Eng kam vitamin esa Bbo’lib 0,725 mg/100 gr dir lekin shu miqdor ham organizm uchun  yetarli.

В этой статье шелковица черная (morus nigra) отличается полезным химическим составом. В исследовании изучалась важность ежевики как источника витамина B и ее значение для организма человека. В ходе данного исследования также было определено количество витаминов B1, B2, B3, B9, PP и B12 в ежевике и их суточная потребность. Это очень полезно для здоровья человека и широко используется в народной медицине. Больше всего витаминов в плодах ежевики – витамин В9, его количество составляет 64,753 мг/100 г. Меньше всего витамина В2, его 0,725 мг/100 г, но и этого количества достаточно для организма.
