Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada Farg‘ona viloyatida yetishtiriladigan uzum navlaridan tayyorlangan Bayan shirey” oq vino va “Hingdohni” qizil vinolarning mineral tarkibi induktiv bog‘langan plazmali optik emission spektrometriya usuli bilan tadqiq qilish natijalari keltirilgan. Tahlil natijalariga ko‘ra Bayan shirey” va “Hingdohni” vinolari tarkibida tadqiq qilingan 30 ta elementdan 23 ta elementning miqdori aniqlangan. Makro va mikroelementlar miqdori Hingdohni” qizil vino tarkibida Bayan shirey” oq vinoga nisbatan 1,626 marta ko‘proq  ekanligi aniqlandi. Kaliy, magniy, fosfor, kaltsiy, natriy va oltingugurt kabi makroelementlarning miqdori aniqlanib, makroelementlar minerallarning umumiy miqdorini “Bayan shirey” da 97,87%, “Hingdohni” da esa 98,29% ni tashkil etdi. Kaliy eng yuqori miqdorga ega bo‘lib,  uning miqdori “Bayan shirey” mineral tarkibining 75,56% va Hingdohni” da esa 78,18% ni tashkil etgan. Kremniy, bor, temir, strontsiy, alyuminiy, marganets, rux, selen, litiy va mis kabi elementlarining miqdori qolgan mikroelementlarga nisbatan ko‘proq ekanligi namoyon bo‘ldi. Tadqiq qilngan vinolar tarkibida toksik elementlar aniqlanmadi.
