Annotatsiya

Bugungi kunga kelib dunyoning turli ilmiy jurnal va ilmiy adabiyotlarida endofitik zamburugʻlar tomonidan ishlab chiqarilgan ikkilamchi metabolitlarning fitokimyoviy va biologik tadqiqi boʻyicha chop etilgan ishlar koʻpaydi. Ushbu tadqiqotlar natijasida yangi antibakterial, antioksidant va yalligʻlanishga qarshi dori vositalari shuningdek bir qancha qishloq hoʻjaligi zararkunandalariga qarshi kurashishda yordam beruvchi biopreparatlarning yangi turlari yaratildi. Masalan endofitik zamburugʻlardan ajratib olingan ikkilamchi metabolitlar asosida Penitsillin, Aspergillin, Fumigatsin, Klavatsin, Srteptomitsin, Biomitsin, Aureomitsin, Xlormitsetin, Terramitsin, Eritromitsin, Neomitsin gruppasi (Kolimitsin, Mitserin, Monomitsin) kabi dori vositalari yaratilgan. Ushbu tadqiqot ishida Cynara scolymus L. o‘simligi asosida olingan endofit zamburug‘larning saraton hujayralariga qarshi biologik faolliklari tahlil etilgan. Unga ko‘ra o‘simlikdan ajratib olingan ikkita endofit zamburug‘larning ekstraktlarida HeLa, halqum karsinomasi HEp-2 (ATCC: CCL-23) va koʻkrak saraton HBL-100 saraton hujayralariga qarshi samarali ta’sir mavjud ekanligi aniqlandi.
