Annotatsiya

Inson organizmi uchun keng qirrali foydasi tufayli tabiiy manbaalardan flavanoidlar ajratib olishga qiziqish yildan yilga ortib bormoqda. Osimliklarning antioksidantlik xususiyatini ham aynan flavonoidlar belgilab berishi tabiiy manbaalar tarkibidagi flavonoidlarni organishning yana bir muhim sabablaridan biridir. Shu sababdan, tadqiqotimiz maqsadi sifatida Respublikamiz hududida osuvchi Xanthoparmelia conspersa va Xanthoria elegans lishayniklari flavonoidlarining sifat tarkibini yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiya (YSSX) metodi yordamida organish belgilandi. Izlanishlar natijasida Xanthoparmelia conspersa lishaynigi robinin, rutin, gipolayetin, giperazid va kvertetsin, Xanthoria elegans lishaynigi esa robinin, rutin va giperazid kabi flavonoidlar saqlashi malum boldi. Bu esa oz navbatida ushbu lishayniklarni antioksidant sifatida qollash istiqbolini yaratadi.
