Inson organizmi uchun keng qirrali foydasi tufayli tabiiy manbaalardan flavanoidlar ajratib olishga qiziqish yildan yilga ortib bormoqda. O‘simliklarning antioksidantlik xususiyatini ham aynan flavonoidlar belgilab berishi tabiiy manbaalar tarkibidagi flavonoidlarni o‘rganishning yana bir muhim sabablaridan biridir. Shu sababdan, tadqiqotimiz maqsadi sifatida Respublikamiz hududida o‘suvchi Xanthoparmelia conspersa va Xanthoria elegans lishayniklari flavonoidlarining sifat tarkibini yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiya (YSSX) metodi yordamida o‘rganish belgilandi. Izlanishlar natijasida Xanthoparmelia conspersa lishaynigi robinin, rutin, gipolayetin, giperazid va kvertetsin, Xanthoria elegans lishaynigi esa robinin, rutin va giperazid kabi flavonoidlar saqlashi ma‘lum bo‘ldi. Bu esa o‘z navbatida ushbu lishayniklarni antioksidant sifatida qo‘llash istiqbolini yaratadi.
