Annotatsiya

Maqolada Respublikamizda birinchi marta lishayniklar sinfining kimyoviy tarkibiga oid tadqiqotlar natijalari keltirildi. Barchamizga ma’lumki, o‘simliklar tarkibidagi flavonoid moddalar ularning antioksidantlik xususiyatini belgilashda asosiy ahamiyatga ega. Shu sababdan, tadqiqotimiz maqsadi sifatida Respublikamiz hududida osuvchi Dermatocarpon miniatum va Lecanora argopholis lishayniklari flavonoidlarining sifat tarkibini yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiya (YSSX) metodi yordamida organish belgilandi.Ekstraksiya 70% li etanol bilan ikki marta 70-75 0C da 3 soat davomida qizg‘in aralashtirishda olib borildi va bunda erituvchi: o‘simlik nisbati 90:20 ni tashkil etdi. Eritmalar filtrlash orqali birlashtirildi. 1 ml alikvot 9 ml erituvchi tizim bilan suyultirildi, bunda asetonitril: bufer (atsetat) nisbati 70:30ga teng. Sentrafuga qilindi va membranali filtr orqali filtrlab o‘tkazildi. Tahlil HPLC tomonidan izokratik elutsiya rejimi va diodli massiv detektori (DAD) yordamida amalga oshirildi. Mobil faza sifatida asetonitril va bufer eritmasi ishlatilgan. Spektral ma'lumotlar 200dan 400 nm gacha bo'lgan spektral diapazonda o'rganildi.
