In recent years, under the influence of new approaches to education, the problem of determining the competency-based approach as an important feature of improving the activities of educational institutions has been studied. In addition, the established theory and practice of education show the need to improve the activities of all educational institutions on a common scientific and methodological basis. This article expresses an opinion on the development of a mechanism for preparing future teachers for teaching activities based on a competency-based approach, as well as the basis of cooperative pedagogy, developing the skills of future teachers to work in cooperation.
