The innovative development of Uzbekistan requires certain knowledge and skills in the field of digital technologies, therefore, the educational system should be aimed at changing and obtaining digital skills for the personal use of students, their professional activities as well. In this regard, the issues of the formation of basic and professional skills in the field of Pedagogy of digital technologies using various training models remain especially relevant. The article describes formal, informal and informative educational models, the principles of implementing these models are formulated, the directions for obtaining digital skills from different positions are considered: the student's interest, the application of knowledge, the methods of obtaining knowledge, the interest of the parties, the forms of training are studied. In the article, criteria for evaluating digital skills, knowledge, skills are proposed in terms of student interest and application of knowledge.
