Annotatsiya

Maqolada ICP-MS (induktiv bog‘langan plazmali mass-spektrometriya) usuli yordamida Phlomoides nuda o‘simligining gullari, poyasi va barglaridagi 44 ta elementning miqdoriy tarkibi eksperimental ravishda aniqlangan natijalar keltirilgan. Tadqiqotda NEXION-2000 uskunasidan foydalanildi. Gullar tarkibidagi asosiy miqdoriy komponentlar quyidagilardan iborat: kaliy (K) – 9912,858 mg/kg, fosfor (P) – 934,078 mg/kg, magniy (Mg) – 1704,564 mg/kg va kaltsiy (Ca) – 1578,431 mg/kg. Barg va poyalarda ham ushbu elementlar asosiy tarkibiy qismlar hisoblanadi, biroq kaliy va natriy miqdori poyada 4-5 baravar ko‘proq ekanligi aniqlandi. O‘simlik xomashyosi tarkibidagi vitaminlar miqdori YuSSX (HPLC) usuli bilan aniqlangan bo‘lib, asosiy miqdoriy komponent askorbin kislotasi (1,524 mg/g) ekani hamda B guruhi vitaminlaridan eng ko‘p tiamin (1,877 mg/g) ekanligi ko‘rsatildi.
