QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF CARBOHYDRATES IN THE SEEDS AND LEAVES OF LOCAL GRAPE VARIETIES

Abstract

The article presents the quantitative content of carbohydrates in the leaves and seeds of local grape varieties, highlighting seasonal variations. For this, early spring and late autumn leaves of grapes were used as samples. The results show the changes in carbohydrate content throughout the season. Additionally, the article includes a comparison of carbohydrate content in grape varieties grown in other regions.
