
In this article, in the process of education, the formation of the concept of algorithms and algorithmic thinking in children during the performance of tasks given to elementary school students in the fields of technology and mathematics is discussed. In particular, the ideas of Russian scientists about the concept of algorithm and information should first be manifested in human thinking, and their ideas about the concept of "algorithmic style of thinking" were presented in the scientific and methodical literature. They studied the issues of improving students' understanding of algorithmic thinking. They emphasized that the use of algorithms is important in the development of elementary school students. In addition, a number of scientists of our country have studied the sequence of tasks performed by students of junior school age. Information is one of the important factors in the formation of human life.
In the article, 4 principles and 6 stages of the method of formation of algorithmic thinking skills based on technological assignments are presented. The importance of technological education was discussed.
