Maqolada kasbiy kompetensiya, ijtimoiy kompetentsiya tushunchalari mohiyati va mazmuni sotsiologik va pedagogik jihatdan o'rganilgan.Mamlakatimizda oliy ta’lim muassasalarida o‘quv-tarbiya jarayonlarini tashkil etish va takomillashtirishning tashkiliy-huquqiy asoslari yaratilganligi me’yoriy hujjatlar tahlili asosida o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek bo‘lajak mutaxassislarda ijtimoiy kompetentsiyani rivojlantirish bugungi kunning dolzarb masalasi ekanligi, jamiyatning ijtimoiy jarayonlari tahlili nazariy va metodologik yondashuvlar yordamida izohlangan. Bo‘lajak sotsiologning yetuk mutaxassis sifatidagi ijtimoiy kompetentligini rivojlantirish o‘sib kelayotgan yoshlarni mehnat faoliyatlarida o‘z o‘rnini topishlariga, sifatli taʼlim olishlariga, shaxslararo ijtimoiy-madaniy muloqotlarini shakllantirishga yordam beradigan muhim omil ekanligi to‘g‘risida xulosalar berilgan.
