Аннотация

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada Lavandula angustifolia Mill. o‘simligining biomassa ko‘rsatkichlariga Trichoderma lignorum va Azotobacter chroococcum mikroorganizmlari asosida tayyorlangan “Plantastim” va “Baktomin” mikrobiologik preparatlarining individual va birgalikdagi ta’siri kompleks tarzda o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot ishlari Farg‘ona hududining dala sharoitida olib borilib, o‘simliklarning vegetativ (barg, poya, ildiz) va generativ (gulpoya) organlarining biomassa o‘zgarishlari morfometrik tahlil asosida baholandi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, har ikki preparatning qo‘llanilishi o‘simlik biomassasining sezilarli darajada oshishiga olib kelgan. Preparatlar o‘simlikning oziqlanishi, metabolik faolligi, fotosintezi va ildiz tizimi rivojlanishiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu natijalar mikrobiologik preparatlarning dorivor o‘simliklar agrotexnologiyasida ekologik xavfsiz va bioeffektiv vosita sifatidagi ahamiyatini tasdiqlaydi hamda lavanda o‘simligini sanoat miqyosida yetishtirishda ularni samarali qo‘llash bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqish imkonini beradi
