THE ROLE OF RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COORDINATION OF MOVEMENTS IN CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES

Abstract
This scientific article explores the role of rhythmic gymnastics in the development of coordination of movements in children with developmental disabilities. Rhythmic gymnastics is a unique combination of musicality, grace and physical activity, which makes it an effective tool for improving coordination of movements in children with various developmental disorders. The article examines the features of rhythmic gymnastics, the influence of this form of exercise on the development of motor skills, balance and spatial orientation in children with developmental disabilities, and also offers practical recommendations for the use of rhythmic gymnastics in rehabilitation programs.
