Аннотация

Mirabilis jalapa L.  o‘simligining aminokislota va fenol birikmalari tarkibi YuSSX  usuli yordamida o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot natijasida barcha oqsil hosil qiluvchi aminokislotalar aniqlanib, ularning umumiy miqdori 92,929 mg/g ni tashkil etdi. Eng yuqori miqdorda prolin aniqlanib, u jami aminokislotalarning 35,4% ini tashkil qildi. Namozshomgul tarkibidagi alifatik aminokislotalar ulushi 25,3 %; gidroksil guruhli aminokislotalar esa 12,9 % ni tashkil etdi. Almashinmaydigan aminokislotalarning umumiy miqdori 30,1 % bo‘lib, ular orasida treonin eng yuqori kontsentratsiyada aniqlandi. O‘simlik tarkibidagi fenol birikmalari ham YuSSX usuli bilan tahlil qilinib, ularning umumiy miqdori 22,71 mg/g ni tashkil etdi. Aniqlangan fenol birikmalari orasida rutin eng yuqori, lyuteolin esa aniqlanmagan komponent bo‘ldi.
