Ushbu maqolada Farg‘ona vodiysidagi xonaki hayvon terilarining oshlangan holatdagi makro va mikroelement tarkibini rentgen fluorestsensiya taxlili usulida o‘rganish natijalari yoritilgan. Ja’mi 27 ta elementning miqdori aniqlandi. 15 ta element barcha o‘rganilgan teri namunalarida aniqlandi. Mol, qo‘y va echki terilari tarkibida xrom, oltingugurt, xlor, kremniy va kaltsiy elementlari ko‘proq miqdorda aniqlandi. Mol terisidagi minerallar miqdori ehcki terisiga nisbatan 1,23 hamda qo‘y terisiga nisbatan 1,31 marta ko‘proq ekanligi aniqlandi. Xrom va oltingugurt miqdori ehki terisida hamda xlor mol terisida ko‘proq miqdorda aniqlandi. Oshlangan teri tarkibidagi makro va makroelementlar teri uchun mustahkamlik, elastiklik, mexanik chidamlilik xususiyatlarini beradi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida kimyoviy usullar yordamida oshlash terilar mineral tarkibiga seziarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishi o‘z ifodasini topdi.
