Mazkur ishda sachratqi(Chicorium intybus L.)o‘simligining ildiz va barg qismidagi suvda eruvchi vitaminlar, flavonoidlarning miqdori yuqori samarali suyuqlik xromatografiyasi (HPLC) va UV-spektroskopiya usullari yordamida aniqlangan. Vitaminlar atsetatli bufer va atsetonitril yordamida, flavonoidlar esa fosfatli bufer va atsetonitril yordamida tahlil qilingach, namuna tarkibidagi farqlar diagramma va spektrlar asosida koʻrsatildi. Natijalar sachratqi bargida vitaminlar va flavonoidlar miqdori ildizga nisbatan sezilarli darajada yuqoriligi, shuningdek o‘simlikning farmatsevtika va biologik faol qo‘shimchalar xomashyosi sifatida foydalanish istiqbollari borligini isbotlaydi.
