Annotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqot O‘zbekistonning uchta oliy o‘quv yurtidagi 380 nafar uchinchi kurs tibbiyot talabalarini o‘rganib chiqdi. Bular Farg‘ona jamoat salomatligi tibbiyot instituti (FJSTI), Andijon davlat tibbiyot instituti va Buxoro davlat tibbiyot institutlari bo‘lib. Tadqiqot mahalliy darajada joriy etilgan USMLE dasturiga moslashtirilgan dasturning (faqat FJSTIda amalga oshirilgan; n=135) klinik kompetensiya va talabalar farovonligi bilan qanday bog‘liqligini tekshirdi. Oldindan e’lon qilinmagan, xolis baholashlar USMLE fanlar bo‘yicha bilim testi va UWorld uslubidagi klinik vaziyatlarni o‘z ichiga oldi; shu bilan birga ruhiy va jismoniy salomatlik ham o‘rganildi. Dasturda qatnashmagan tengdoshlari (n=245) bilan taqqoslaganda, FJSTI talabalari patologiya, fiziologiya va biostatistika/epidemiologiya bo‘yicha yuqoriroq o‘rtacha natijalarni ko‘rsatdilar. Bu 2025-yilgi USMLE mazmun rejasining integratsiyalashgan, a’zolar tizimiga asoslangan mulohaza yuritishga e’tibor qaratishiga mos keladi.
