Annotatsiya

Maqolada dorivor godji urug‘larining unuvchanligiga stratifikatsiya va fermentatsiyalashning ta’siri aniqlangan. Urug‘larni unuvchanligi oshirish jarayoni stratifikatsiyalash fermentatsiyalashga nisbatan samaradorligi 11% oshishi isbotlandi. Dorivor godji (lycium barbarum L.) urug‘lari qulay sharoitda ham darhol unmaydi, ma'lum vaqt o‘tishi yoki maxsus ishlov talab qilinadi. Shu sababli urug‘larining unuvchanligiga stratifikatsiya va fermentatsiyalashdan tashqari haroratning ta’siri ham o‘rganilgan bo‘lib, starifikatsiya qilingan urug‘larning unuvchanligi uchun qulay harorat +25°C ekanligi aniqlangan. Haroratning +25°C darajada 3-7 kun saqlash godji urug‘lari unuvchaligini 87,5% gacha oshirishi isbotlandi.
