Annotatsiya

Мaqolada 1,2,3-triazol hosilalarining sintezi uchun samarali, selektiv va ekologik toza bo‘lgan “click” kimyoviy yondashuv qo‘llanildi. Reaksiya mis(I) katalizatori ishtirokida alkinlar va organik azidlar o‘rtasida olib borildi. Natijada yuqori unum bilan 2,4-almashingan 1,2,3-triazollar sintez qilindi. Mazkur triazol hosilalari tarkibidagi funksional guruhlar ularga potensial biologik faollik, xususan fungitsid (zamburug‘larga qarshi) xususiyatlar beradi. Olingan birikmalarning fungitsid faolligi in vitro sharoitda dastlabki biologik sinovlar asosida baholandi. Sinov natijalari ushbu sintezlangan triazol hosilalarining yuqori antifungal samaradorlikka ega ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu tadqiqot 1,2,3-triazollarni biologik faol moddalar sifatida amaliyotga tadbiq etish borasida istiqbolli yo‘nalishlarni ochib beradi.
