RESULTS OF MOLECULAR IDENTIFICATION OF SPIDERS OF FERGANA VALLEY
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article talks about the results of molecular identification of some representatives of spider species found in the Fergana Valley. According to it, the COI gene of 5 spider species belonging to the genera (Plexippus, Steatoda, Tetragnatha and Thomisus) distributed in the Fergana Valley in the Fergana Valley was sequenced for the first time, and the creation of a phylogenetic tree based on DNA barcoding. For this purpose, it is reported that the COI gene data of the listed species of valley spiders were checked from the international NCBI and BOLD System databases. In addition, it was mentioned that the COI gene data of 13 of the listed species is available in the international database, that the general identification of species was carried out through BLAST (GenBank) and BOLD System, and that the GenBank of spider species distributed in the Fergana Valley with these samples and COI gene nucleotide sequences downloaded from Bold System are shown together to construct a phylogenetic tree representing the Fergana Valley spiders.
