Maqolada Allium karataviense o‘simligidagi saponinlarning sifat tahlili o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqotda o‘simlikdan ajratilgan saponinlarning kimyoviy tarkibi va ularning xususiyatlari o‘rganiladi. Saponinlar tarkibidagi asosiy komponentlar aniqlanib, ularning xususiyatlari, shu jumladan ularning tabiiy shakllari va tuzilishi tahlil qilinadi. Tahlil natijalari o‘simlikdagi alkaloidlarning sifat jihatidan ahamiyatini ochib beradi.
