Ushbu ishda yorqin yashil kvant nuqtali CsPbBr3 tarkibli perovskit material ligandlar yordamida qayta choʻktirish (LARP) usulida sintez qilindi. Olingan yorqin yashil kvant nuqtali CsPbBr3 tarkibli perovskitning turli antisolventlarda barqarorligi va spektral tahlili oʻrganildi. Sintez davomida kvant nuqtalar hosil boʻlish jarayonida ligandlar sifatida ishlatiladigan moddalarning zarrachalar oʻlchamiga ta’sir qilishi aniqlandi. CsPbBr3 tarkibli perovskit kvant nuqtalarining yorqin yashil yoki koʻk sohada hosil boʻlishi prekursor konsentratsiyasiga, antisolvent tabiatiga hamda ligandlar tuzilishiga bogʻliqligi aniqlandi. CsPbBr3 tarkibli perovskit birikmaning barqarorligi va spektrlari orasidagi bogʻliqlik tahlil qilindi. Sintez qilingan perovskit tuzilishli materiallardan yarimoʻtgazgichlar, LED lampalar, fotokatalitik jarayonlarda va quyosh elementlari uchun ishlatish mumkin.
