In this article, in the assessment of innovative competence, it is necessary to refer not to a single level of competence, but to a complete set of competences that are used by a person to achieve personally important goals and are manifested in various situations over a long period of time. . In this case, the specific situation faced by a person has a direct impact on his development, the formation of his values and the acquisition of innovative competence. At the same time, in the process of interactive teaching, the importance of innovative teaching methods, in particular, effective forms, methods and tools of organizing students' educational activities, in the formation of innovative competence of future teachers has been substantiated. In addition, interactive teaching methods include: problem statement; case study; business games; role-playing games; POPS-formula; Carousel; Discussion in the style of a television talk show; Decision Tree; Blitz survey; Academic discussions; Dialogue of Socrates; Projecting; Opinion scale; It covers the video method and others, and in Table 1, entitled "Pedagogical system of formation of innovative competence in future teachers in the process of interactive teaching", the stages of formation of innovative competence, the content of formation of innovative competence, activities of professors and teachers, students activities are described in detail in the form of activity implementation forms.
