Annotatsiya

Ushbu maqolada yurtimizning Chotqol va Qurama tog‘ tizmasi yaylov qismlaridan terib keltirilgan yovvoyi o‘simlik-ilmoqtumshuq uchmaning aminokislota hamda vitamin tarkibi ma’lum metodlar asosida YSSX (Yuqori samarador suyuqlik xromatografiyasi) usulida o‘rganildi. Jami 20 ta aminokislota va 6 xil suvda eriydigan vitaminlar identifikatsiya qilindi. 1 gr o‘simlik tarkibida jami, taxminan, 2.85 mg aminokislota hamda 2,28 mg suvda eriydigan vitaminlar borligi aniqlandi. Aniqlangan aminokislotalar tarkibida eng ko‘p miqdorda asparagin kislota (0.490532 mg/gr), eng kam miqdorda treonin (0.00578 mg/gr), vitaminlar tarkibida esa eng ko‘p miqdorda C (0,569523 mg/ml), eng kam miqdorda PP (0,067715 mg/ml) uchrashi aniqlandi.
