DONOR:Y6 FAOL QATLAM ASOSIDAGI POLIMER QUYOSH ELEMENTLARNING OPTIK VA FOTOVOLTAIK PARAMETRLARINI TADQIQ QILISH

Ushbu maqolada polimer quyosh elementlarining (PQE) samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan tadqiqot natijalari taqdim etilgan. Tadqiqotda PM6 va D18 donor polimerlari hamda Y6 fullerensiz akseptorining optik va fotovoltaik xususiyatlari o‘rganildi. Donor va akseptor materiallarning yorug‘lik yutish spektrlari, energetik sath darajalari va o‘zaro ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Bundan tashqari Y6 fullerensiz akseptorining PM6 va D18 donor bilan faol qatlam holatidagi yutilish spektrlari tahlil qilindi. Eksperimental natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, Y6 fullerensiz akseptor polimerning yorug’likni yutish qobiliyati va fotovoltaik samaradorligi yuqoriroq bo‘lib, D18 donori bilan birgalikda faol qatlam hosil qilinganda 17,2 % energiya o‘zgartirish samaradorligi (EO‘S) ga erishdi.
