Annotatsiya

Ushbu tadqiqotda PEDOT:PSS va PTAA kovak tashuvchi qatlamlarining perovskit plyonkasi sifati va energiya o’zgartirish samaradorligi(EO’S)ga ta’siri o‘rganildi. PTAA interfeys materiali sifatida qo‘llanganda,  MAPbI perkursor eritmasiga 5 mol% miqdorda N metil 2 pirrolidonni (NMP) qo‘shimchasi qo’shib tayyorlangan perovskit plyonkasi yuqori zichlikdagi kristall tuzilishga ega bo‘lib, energiya darajalari va zaryad uzatish samaradorligi yaxshilandi. PTAA qo’llanilgan perovskit quyosh elementi(PQE) 18,90% EO’S qiymatga erishdi, bu PEDOT:PSS ishlatilgan holatga nisbatan 2,3% yuqori. PTAA asosidagi namuna 80 kunlik inkapsulyatsiyasiz saqlashdan so‘ng ham dastlabki EO’Sning 90% ini saqlab qoldi. Ushbu natijalar PQElarining tijoratlashtirilishiga yangi imkoniyatlar ochadi.
