INTEGRATIV RNA-SEQ TAHLILI ASOSIDA SOYA (GLYCINE MAX) VA TOK (VITIS VINIFERA) O‘SIMLIKLARIDA ABIOTIK STRESSIGA CHIDAMLILIK BILAN ALOQADOR GENLARNI ANIQLASH

Ushbu tadqiqotda Glycine max (soya) va Vitis vinifera (uzum) o‘simliklarida sovuq, tuz hamda qurg‘oqchilik kabi abiotik stresslarga javoban farqli ekspressiyanuvchi genlarni aniqlash maqsadida bir qator ma’lumot bazalaridagi RNA-seq ma’lumotlari qayta tahlil qilindi. Integrativ bioinformatik yondashuv asosida NCBI ma’lumotlar bazalaridan olingan turli tajribalarga oid transkriptom ma’lumotlar (tok bo‘yicha: PRJNA787359, PRJNA549981, PRJNA788159; soya bo‘yicha: PRJNA852689, PRJNA933767, PRJNA813355) birlashtirildi va standartlashtirilgan pipeline yordamida tahlil qilindi.
Farqli ekspressiyalanuvchi gen (DEG), funksional annotatsiya (GO va KEGG) tahlillari orqali asosiy abiotik stresslar bilan aloqador genlar aniqlandi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, har ikki o‘simlikda qurg‘oqchilikka va past haroratga javoban ekspressiyasi o‘zgaradigan o‘nlab yangi genlar topildi. Aniqlangan genlarning bir qismi ilgari bu stress turlari bilan bog‘liqligi kuzatilmagan. Ushbu natijalar kelgusida marker genlar, genetik modifikatsiya uchun boshlang‘ich material yoki seleksiya uchun muhim genomik resurslar sifatida xizmat qilishi mumkin.
