Annotatsiya

Zol-gel usuli bilan sintez qilingan Co va Ni legirlangan TiO2 nanokompozitlari yuqori fotokatalitik faollikni namoyish etadi. Ushbu tadqiqot ishida sintez qilingan nanomateriallar atrof-muhitni qayta tiklashda, xususan, oqava suvlarni tozalashda qo‘llanilishi o‘rganilgan. Sof TiO2 bilan solishtirganda Co va Ni qo‘shilgan Titan dioksidi nanokompozitlarida ham UV nuri, ham ko‘rinadigan yorug‘lik nurlari ostida suvli suspenziyadagi fenolnning fotokatalitik degradatsiyasining kuchayishi kuzatildi. Ushbu natijalar doping kationlari elektron/teshik rekombinatsiyasini bostirishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatadi. Shu sababli, TiO2 asosidagi nanomateriallarning fotokatalitik faolligi yuqori bo‘lgan.
