Аннотация

Mazkur maqolada Farg‘ona vodiysi sharoitida keng tarqalgan va dominant tur hisoblangan Argiope bruennichi o‘rgimchagining biologiyasi, hayot sikli, trofik o‘rni va ekologik xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan. Tadqiqot davomida turning yashash muhiti, tutqich to‘rining tuzilishi va funksiyasi, oziqlanish strategiyasi, juftlashish davridagi xatti-harakatlari, tuxum qo‘yish jarayoni hamda pillalarining morfologiyasi tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, turning fiziologik moslashuvchanligi va iqlim o‘zgarishlariga nisbatan chidamliligi ko‘rsatib berilgan. Molekulyar tadqiqotlar asosida genom va mitoxondrial DNK tuzilishi aniqlanib, bu turning filogenetik o‘rni hamda biomaterial sifatida ipak tolasidan foydalanish istiqbollari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari Argiope bruennichi’ning tabiiy va agroekotizimlardagi ekologik ahamiyatini belgilab berishga xizmat qiladi.
