Abstract

This article analyzes the scientific and methodological foundations of organizing volleyball training sessions, effective methods used in the training process, principles of step-by-step load application, and factors for developing students' physical and technical preparedness. In the process of teaching and improving techniques and tactics, physical training, attacking blows, jumping ability, jumping endurance, and agility are discussed. The research results highlight the importance of motivation, modern technologies, and an individual approach in increasing the effectiveness of volleyball training. Scientifically based methods, stages, and practical recommendations for organizing and conducting volleyball training are considered. The article serves as a guide for mentors and students.
