Abstract

As our time progresses, new synthetic drugs are increasing and being updated, although this is a great achievement in the field of pharmaceuticals, these drugs pose a threat to human health with their side effects. According to the data of the World Health Organization, 2.5-4% of the population suffers from side effects of drugs. One of the biggest issues before us is to protect the health of mankind, to develop the pharmaceutical industry, to improve the mechanism of action of the drugs we have created, and to reduce their side effects.

The new "As-sabr" biologically active food additive, which is the most widespread in Uzbekistan, has a sedative effect similar to synthetic drugs according to its chemical structure, composition, and mechanism of action, valerian, lemongrass, and chamomile, which are studied to combat sleep disorders, neurasthenia, The antioxidant activity of biologically active food supplement "As-sabr" was studied and analyzed to increase the resistance of brain neurons to harmful factors, and to stimulate mental activity.
