Annotatsiya

Allium karataviense oʻsimligining piyozi, novdasi, bargi, guli va urug‘ining  alkaloid tarkibi sifat tahlil analiz usulida tadqiq qilish natijasida aniqlandi. Tanin eritmasi va Kremnevolfram kislota eritmasi orqali bargi va poyasida alkaloidlar borligi sifat analiz qilindi. Bushard reaktivi, Dragendorf reaktivi, Tanin eritmasi va Kremnevolfram kislota eritmasida guli va piyozida alkaloidlarga sifat reaksiya berdi. Tanin eritmasi orqali sifat reaksiyalarda ta’siri nisbatan yuqoriroq ekanligi  aniqlandi.
