IMPROVING THE SCIENTIFIC AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT IN AN INNOVATION ECONOMY

The international economy depends heavily on small businesses to maintain a competitive environment, an efficient structure, boost the output of products and services, provide reasonable job opportunities for the populace, and address significant social issues. All governmental levels in Uzbekistan are putting in place a number of initiatives to support the growth and sustainability of small enterprises, with a focus on enhancing laws and regulations. Information about improving the scientific and methodological foundations for small business development in an innovation economy is provided in this article.
