
The development of a person’s self-awareness goes into the process of self-knowledge by the subject, being one of the driving forces of professional self-improvement and the definition of reflection. Effective reflection reveals himself to him, defines and expands the boundaries of his own potential capabilities, leading not only to a change in the methods and means of the choirmaster’s own activities, but also to the movement of mental abilities. This article analyzes the role of professional self-awareness of a teacher - musician-choirmaster in terms of worldview.
