In the article, the content of the reforms carried out in the years of independence in the Republic of Uzbekistan to create the legal basis of youth policy, to increase the social, political, economic activity of young people and to increase their place in the life of society is considered in the historical context. The article also talks about the dimensions, directions, current state of the youth policy implemented in Uzbekistan, specific aspects, achievements and prospects of the national experience accumulated in this regard, and the objective reasons for the initiatives of the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on the interests of young people of the world scale.
