In this article, an attempt was made to reveal the significant social changes in the activities of the internal affairs agencies of Uzbekistan, which are taking a fundamentally new form, serving the “interests of the people” in ensuring the stability of society and the development of the country. As well as the recognition in international and national legislation of the importance of the topic today, it is advisable to analyze this problem scientifically and philosophically. As a result of the theoretical analysis carried out, scientific studies of practical activities, some proposals and recommendations were developed on the topic.
