The article deals with the economic dependence of the Bukhara Emirate during the rule of Tsarist Russia. The contract between the Emir of Bukhara Said Muzaffar and Von Kaufman, signed on September 23, 1873, on the construction of the railway, the implementation of irrigation and melorization works, the construction of new water facilities and their use in practice, the conditions for the payment of wages to workers and labor promotion works, construction of water separators using concrete and reinforced concrete are described.
