Asosiy e’tibor Juglans regia L. o’simligi barglarining kimyoviy tarkibini o’rganishga, ayniqsa, suvda eruvchi vitaminlar tarkibi va odam organizmida uchraydigan ayrim kasalliklarni davolashdagi ahamiyatiga qaratilgan va o‘simlik bargi  tarkibidagi vitaminlar miqdori YuSSX usulida aniqlangan.
