Annotatsiya

Toshkent viloyatida o‘suvchi Physalis angulata o‘simligining ildizi va yer ustki qismining flavonoidlari (poyasi, barglari, ildizi) tekshirildi. Flavonoidlarning identifikatsiyasi ushlab turish vaqti va miqdoriy tarkibi muntazam kversetin, 7-o-β-glyugipolaetin, rutin, apigenin, lyuteolin, gipolaetin, gall kislotasi standart namunalarining eng yuqori cho‘qqilari bo‘yicha taqqoslash yo‘li bilan amalga oshirildi. Ikkita flavonoid (7-o-β-glyugipolaetin, rutin) O‘zbekistonda o‘suvchi Physalis turkumiga mansub o‘simliklarda birinchi marotaba topilganligi aniqlandi.
