Abstract

Peanuts and walnuts are among the favorite foods and are in high demand all over the world. They are important food and have medicinal properties. These healing properties are due to the fact that their chemical composition is rich in nutrients. Peanuts and walnuts are chemically similar. This article provides information on the comparative chemical composition of peanuts and walnuts, their beneficial properties and useful methods of treatment based on them.
