The article analyzes the skill of creating images in children's literature, in particular poetry, figurative images and their importance using the example of poems by such creators as Tursunboy Adashbayev, Abdurakhmon Akbar, Dilshad Rajab. The fact that figurative images express the character traits of people and children based on humorous laughter and serve as an example for young readers is highlighted using the comparative method.
