GAZ QUVURLARI UCHUN BITUM ASOSIDAGI MASTIK QOPLAMALARNING FIZIK-KIMYOVIY XOSSALARI

Ushbu tadqiqotda modifikatsiyalangan bitum asosidagi mastik qoplamaning fizik-kimyoviy xossalari va gaz quvurlarini korroziyadan himoya qilishdagi samaradorligi o‘rganildi. Bitum asosidagi mastik qoplamalarning gaz quvurlarini korroziyadan himoya qilishdagi samaradorligini baholash maqsadida ushbu tadqiqot qoplamaning fizik-kimyoviy va mexanik xususiyatlarini, jumladan, mustahkamlik, elastiklik, aşınishga bardoshlilik, suv yutish va korroziyaga chidamlilik darajasini o‘rganishga qaratildi. Tadqiqotda bitum, polimer qo‘shimchalari, plastifikator, antioksidant, mineral plomba va erituvchilardan tayyorlangan qoplama sinovdan o‘tkazilib, xalqaro standartlarga muvofiq laboratoriya uskunalarida tekshirildi. Olingan natijalar ushbu qoplamaning yuqori fizik-mexanik barqarorlikka ega ekanligini, nam muhitda o‘z xossalarini saqlab qolishini va gaz quvurlarining xizmat muddatini uzaytirishda samarali ekanligini ko‘rsatdi. Xulosa qilib aytganda, modifikatsiyalangan bitum asosidagi mastik qoplamalar mustahkamligi, elastikligi va aşınishga bardoshliligi tufayli gaz quvurlarini korroziyadan ishonchli himoya qilish uchun yuqori potensialga ega bo‘lib, ularning uzoq muddatli ekspluatatsiyasiga xizmat qiladi.
