Abstract

Ogʻiz suyuqligi qon kabi, tananing axborot beruvchi materialidir. Ushbu biologik suyuqlik ogʻiz boʻshligʻi organlari gomeostazini ta'minlovchi omillaridan biri boʻlib, uning hususiyatlarini oʻrganish nafaqat stomatologlar, balki onkologiya, gastroenterologiya, ginekologiya, kardiologiya va boshqa soha mutaxassislari uchun ham qiziqish uygʻotadi. Ilmiy tadqiqot davomida qonning laborator diagnostik usullaridan birmuncha afzalliklarga ega bo’lgan ogʻiz suyuqligining klinik va biokimyoviy koʻrsatkichlarini baholash orqali gingivit va surunkali tarqalgan parodontit kasalligining ogʻirlik holati, erta tashxislash va davolash samaradorligi aniqlandi. Ogʻiz suyuqligining oʻzgarish darajasidan biomaterial sifatida foydalanish faqat kasallikni erta tashxislash, uning ogʻirlik darajasini belgilashda foydalanibgina qolmasdan, kasallik bilan kurashayotgan bemorlarda parodont toʻqimalarda kechayotgan oʻzgarishlar bosqichini aniqlashda va kasallikning oldini oluvchi salivadiagnostikaga qaratilgan  ilmiy tadqiqotlarda keng qoʻllanilishi mumkin.
