EFFECTIVENESS OF IMPROVING THE TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL TRAINING OF BELT WRESTLERS

By rationally using the principles of awareness and activity in improving the technical and tactical training of belt wrestlers, the author achieved improvement of their performance in sports competitions by strengthening the process of mastering technical methods and implementing tactical actions.
