СИНТЕЗ АЦЕТИЛЕНОВЫХ СПИРТОВ НА ОСНОВЕ ЭНАНТИОСЕЛЕКТИВНОГО ЭТИНИЛИРОВАНИЯ КЕТОНОВ РАЗЛИЧНОЙ ПРИРОДЫ

Аннотация
Впервые терминальные ацетиленовые спирты были синтезированы в каталитической системе ТБАФ·3H2О/ДМСО/H2О по реакции энантиоселективного этинилирования некоторых кетонов карбидом кальция. Изучено влияние природы и количества растворителей, катализаторов, реагентов и субстратов на выход продукта. Выявлены наиболее альтернативные условия управления и контроля реакций. Была разработана линия эффективности производства выбранных кетонов. Синтезированные концевые ацетиленовые спирты идентифицированы, их состав, чистота, структура и собственные константы доказаны современными физико-химическими методами.
