Abstract

Ushbu maqolada baliq hamda baliq suyagining kimyoviy tarkiblari, mikro- va makroelementlar to’g’risida ma’lumotlar keltrilgan. Shuningdek, maqolada baliqlarning muhim ahamiyati, shifobaxsh xususiyatlari to’g’risida ham so’z yuritilgan. Maqolada ayrim kasalliklarni oldini olish hamda davolashda baliq va baliq mahsulotlaridan foydalanish ahamiyati ko’rsatib o’tilgan.
