Abstract

The article presents the opinions of wrestling coaches that there is still no consensus on the organization and conduct of sports activities in sports schools, and therefore further improvement of the training system for sports coaches is necessary. The results of the study made it possible to identify a number of important issues related to the problem of physical fitness of wrestlers, as well as to identify the great importance of physical qualities in ensuring comprehensive physical fitness of young wrestlers.
