
The importance of micronutrients in the lives of 16-18-year-olds and their content in the diet was first studied in a group of 16-18-year-olds living in the village of Chirakchi district, Kashkadarya region. The findings and conclusions of the study reflect the importance of micronutrients for the normal functioning of adolescents aged 16-18 years. Therefore, to be aware of the role of micronutrients in the daily diet of a certain group of the population (adolescents aged 16-18 years), to provide theoretical and practical recommendations to address the existing shortcomings in this area, micronutrients. will be of practical importance in the prevention of certain diseases caused by deficiency.
